What Is My USU ID Card and What Can It Be Used For?

Your ID Card is your passport to campus while at USU. It allows you access to Campus Resources, and  it can store money for use at stores and restaurants on campus, but CANNOT be used to gain access to Basketball and Football games. 
How Can I Get My USU ID Card? 

Spouses of USU Faculty or Staff Employees can have a card by bringing a verification slip from the Human Resources department. Please allow 2 to 4 business days after processing your spouse's HR paperwork before visiting our office. Bring your verification, valid photo id, and $15.00 to the USU Card Office located on the 2nd floor of TSC, room 212.   

How Do I Put Money on My ID Card?

 You can deposit money in your Aggie Express Account on your USU ID Card either online or in person.  To put money in your Aggie Express Account, you can go to‘Deposit Money on my Card,’located in the right navigation menu on this website or you can come to the Card Office on the second floor in the TSC, room 212, and deposit in person
