STUDENTS: When you register for SOAR (Freshman orientation) and pay their fee for that program your first card is included. During SOAR you will come into the USU CARD office. Your information will be keyed into our state-of-the-art color video badging system, where we will take your picture and get your signature. After you pay your tuition and fees, we will print your card and have it ready for you when you return for the beginning of the semester. Replacement cards are only $15.00. 

FACULTY/STAFF: You will need to bring a verification slip from personnel. The cost is $15.00 for your first card and $15.00 for each replacement card. We will take your picture, get your signature and print your card. This process takes approximately two to three minutes. 

REQUIRED: A picture ID (driver’s license, passport, or student ID card) will be required when acquiring your USU ID Card.
