What Is My USU ID Card and What Can It Be Used For?
Your ID Card is your passport to campus while at USU. It allows you access to Campus Resources, is able to store money for use at stores and restaurants on campus, as well as access to many different activities such as Basketball and Football games.
How Can I Get My USU ID Card?
To get your ID Card, you must be a registered USU student. You will come to the USU Card Office on the second floor in the TSC, room 212, with $15.00 and a valid picture ID (driver’s license, passports, or High school ID). Incoming freshman that register and attend SOAR will receive an ID Card voucher in their packet instead of the required $15.00 fee. You must bring this voucher to the Card Office with you in order to receive your ID Card.
When Can I Use My ID Card?
Your USU ID Card is active 2 weeks before and after a registered semester once your tuition fees and balances are paid. It takes 24 hours after your fees have been paid to activate your card.
How Do I Put Money on My ID Card?
You can deposit money in your Aggie Express Account on your USU ID Card either online or in person. To put money in your Aggie Express Account, you can go to ‘Deposit Money on my Card,’ located in the right navigation menu on this website or you can come to the Card Office on the second floor in the TSC, room 212, and deposit in person.
